Our Scholarship Program

With our financial support, contributions from members of the mutual insurance community and fund-raising activities, the Foundation has awarded over $4.3 million since 2005 to students enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution.

Who Qualifies?

Children of employees and directors or exclusive agents of voting and participating members of Farm Mutual Re qualify for the Farm Mutual Foundation Scholarship.

In addition, applications may be received from children of employees from the following organizations:

Ontario Mutual Insurance Association (OMIA)

Canadian Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (CAMIC)

Maritime Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (MAMIC)

United General Insurance Corporation

To apply for a Farm Mutual Foundation scholarship, students must:

Complete the application form and assignment

Have the President/CEO of the affiliate organization sign the application

Submit the application and assignment by September 30th
